As freelance writers, we’re used to producing content for clients. We help them carry out their content marketing strategies so that they can get more sales and leads. Well, as a freelance writer, you can (and should) use content marketing to do the very same thing.
More freelance writers are discovering this. One emailed me recently wanting to know how to go about it. She wrote, in part:
I’m looking to set up a website that will host blog posts but also share information on a certain subject in my niche (I think this will really help some of my clients in this field realize that yes- I do know what I’m doing and that content marketing can be really powerful and a good investment when done properly).
