A Note about Applying for Freelance Writing Jobs with Staffing Agencies

Normally, I don’t list jobs posted by staffing firms, but I know this firm from when I owned my editorial staffing agency in NYC back in the late 90s/early 2000s. Also, if you get in good with a recruiter at a staffing agency, they can throw you a lot of work. This firm happens to staff a lot of editorial positions, so it might be worth it to send your credentials in to them – and the rate coming via a staffing agency tends to be more than what many freelancers will command on their own.

SEO Meta Tag Writers (aka Meta Tag Writers): Digital marketing agency seeks a wordsmith who can write website meta descriptions on a project basis (these are HTML descriptions that reside on the back end of web pages). Pay: We pay writers $0.75 per completed meta description, payable every 10 days via PayPal. Get full details on this meta tag writing job.

Freelance Food / Recipe Writing Job: For our relaunch, Pasta.com is seeking contributing writers for articles and recipes that celebrate food in a fun, social, modern, thrifty lifestyle.
